A cursor trail effect component that creates a visual trail of custom icons following the user’s mouse movement. The component allows you to add your own icons (up to 20) that will appear as a smooth trail behind the cursor, with customizable fade animations, spawn rates, and visual effects.
Add any Framer components as trail icons (up to 20 different icons)
Multiple fade animation types - Linear fade, pop effect (scale up then fade), or instant disappear
Control how frequently new icons appear in the trail (slow, medium, fast, or custom)
Choose from preset sizes (small, medium, large) or set a custom scale
Add visual variety by randomly rotating trail icons
Icons can dynamically shrink as they fade for enhanced visual effect
Interactive hero sections with eye-catching cursor effects, creative portfolio sites with playful interactions, product landing pages highlighting key areas, marketing pages creating memorable experiences, interactive demos with visual feedback, or designs seeking engaging cursor interactions without clutter.
