Instructions

1. Copy and paste the Webcam component into your Framer project

2. Preview your project (the webcam will only activate in preview or published mode, not in the canvas)

3. Allow camera access when your browser prompts you for permission

4. Customize how the video displays using Mirror Video (toggle on for mirror effect) and Object Fit controls in the right panel

How It Works

The component automatically accesses your front-facing camera when you preview your project (it won't work in the canvas editor, only in preview or published sites). You can control how the video appears using two simple settings: Mirror Video (flips the video horizontally like a mirror) and Object Fit (controls how the video fills the frame, cover, contain, fill, or none).
